Notable career highlights are the co-development of PURELL® automated replenishment offerings with Amazon, and a digital in-store and out-of-store transformation for Ritzman Pharmacies culminating in a sale of the business to CVS Health. She has pursued innovation throughout her career as the AARP® Eye Health Services business leader, Pearle Vision® e-commerce marketer, American Greetings® product manager and Moen® marketing manager. She earned a BA and MA, and is a frequent speaker at Duke University. She has been a conference speaker at eTail West, B2B Online, Brand Innovators, and Target retail panels.
